Practice Overview

Mr. Bailey engages in a broad-based litigation and arbitration practice, including property, employment, and unfair competition litigation and arbitration regarding non-compete agreements, trade secrets and securities industry disputes and class action litigation.  In this regard, for over a decade, Mr. Bailey has litigated a number of cases involving the claimed protection of trade secrets and employer/employee disputes as well as for various other commercial disputes that involve attempts to enforce competition and non-solicitation agreements.  He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in these disputes often for obtaining or preventing temporary restraining orders.
