Practice Overview

Mr. Mealor became an associate at the firm shortly after he graduated from law school in 2006.  He is an ordained Presbyterian minister who specialized in mediation and in churches in crisis.  Mr. Mealor’s legal practice focuses on compliance matters relating to ERISA, HIPAA, Stark, Anti-Kickback, Medicare, and state insurance regulations.  He has also helped clients start new businesses by helping them navigate past the various licensing, employment, tax, real estate, and corporate issues that new businesses face.
