Practice Overview

Mr. Miller engages in a broad-based civil litigation practice.  Mr. Miller has litigated cases in both state and federal courts involving the defense of companies in the construction, health care, and insurance industries.  Mr. Miller has also litigated general contract matters regarding employment disputes and the enforcement of non-compete agreements, and he has represented clients in mediation proceedings.
