Practice Overview

Mr. Wright’s practice primarily involves real estate (with an emphasis on commercial leasing), contracts, commercial transactions and other general business matters.  Mr. Wright has represented large shopping center tenants in the negotiation of long-term lease agreements, as well as both landlords and tenants in connection with commercial and office leases.  Mr. Wright has also represented commercial and residential developers and both buyers and sellers in real estate, asset and stock transactions.
