Since 1997, Mr. Tucker has served as Wagner, Myers & Sanger, P.C.’s firm administrator, overseeing all operations of the firm including accounts receivable and payable, payroll, human resources, benefits administration, information technology, facilities management and procurement.

Prior to 1997, Mr. Tucker practiced primarily in the area of employment law, working on cases involving federal whistleblower statutes, sexual harassment, FMLA, ADA and FLSA.
