PRACTICE OVERVIEW

Mr. Borsodi concentrates his practice on serving the legal needs of health care entities, including hospitals, insurers, and managed care entities.   He is well-versed in transactional and regulatory matters, including Stark, anti-kickback, EMTALA, Medicare/ Medicaid payment and conditions of participation, privacy and technology concerns, and tax-exemption issues.  

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Borsodi was a social worker in Nashville and Sumner County, Tennessee.   While in law school, he clerked for the Office of General Counsel at both the Tennessee Department of Mental Health & Developmental Disabilities and The Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
