Practice Overview

Ms. Boulton has researched and written briefs for submission to both the federal and state courts.  In the employment law area, she has participated in several federal environmental whistleblower actions, participating in the representation of both employees and employers.  She has also participated in the representation of multiple plaintiffs seeking overtime pay.  Ms. Boulton has also participated in the representation of clients in various kinds of business disputes.
