Ms. Buchholz’s practice primarily focuses on health care transactional matters including: regulatory and corporate compliance issues; licensing and certification matters; managed care; Medicare/Medicaid requirements; fraud and abuse and other regulatory and compliance issues such as the federal anti-kickback and Stark laws; and general business and corporate law matters.
