Practice Overview

Mr. Van Beke engages in a broad-based business litigation practice, including contracts, property, and employment, and has litigated extensively in the nuclear and coal industries, representing both the utility and the supplier side, in fuel contract disputes, and employees as well as employers in the nuclear/utility industry.  He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in these matters.  Mr. Van Beke also is a mediator in general civil matters and an arbitrator in employment matters.
