Practice Overview  

Mr. Garland engages in a commercial real estate practice, primarily representing businesses in the acquisition, leasing and selling of commercial property. Such practice has entailed the drafting and negotiation of numerous long-term leases and purchase and sale agreements and advising clients on the administration of leases, such as responding to requests for subordination and attornment.
