Mr. Diegel’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, enforcement of judgments, complex business litigation, and issues arising from real estate, property development and leases. Mr. Diegel previously defended a large amount of homeowners from accusations involving slander, libel and tortious interference with contract. In addition, he defended a homeowner in a dispute with a homeowners association. He also has experience with estate administration issues.
Mr. Diegel was a judicial clerk at the state level for chancellors in the Hamilton County Chancery Court in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and has volunteered with Legal Aid of East Tennessee.
